Description: The recruitment officer supports recruitment activities and works closely with the recruitment supervisor to facilitate the hiring and training of enough poll workers to run an event. The RO appoints recruitment officers to support recruitment activities. At the RO's discretion, they could start working at the beginning of the election period.

Key activities

communicates with potential poll workers whose names appear on the lists provided by political entities (or from other sources) to check availability and invite them to training sessions
assists with preparing supplies to be handed out to poll workers

obtains as much information as possible over the phone to fill out the solemn declaration and encourage future workers to enroll in direct deposit for payroll
performs other tasks assigned by the RO

$20.99 per hour
