Elections Canada Office Workers

Description: Community relations officers (CROs) are appointed to electoral districts where electors in certain target groups known to face barriers to voting represent a significant portion of the population. The CRO facilitates communication between the Elections Canada office and target group, thereby making voting as accessible as possible to that group.

  • CRO–Homeless
  • CRO–Seniors
  • CRO–Youth

Key activities

  • plans, establishes and maintains relations with specified communities so that they are aware of their eligibility and options to vote
  • distributes information on registration, voting and ID requirements

Pay

$20.99 per hour
